People usually convert TON to SUI to try an app on Sui that needs SUI for gas, or to move holdings from a TON wallet into a Sui wallet they already use.
Mysten Labs built Sui, a layer-1 blockchain using the Move programming language, and SUI is its native coin for gas and staking. Gram, the TON chain's native coin, kept its addresses through the rename. With two separate chains involved, the exchange handles this as a cross-chain swap. Your payout needs a Sui address, which is 0x followed by 64 hexadecimal characters, and no memo.

That will not work. Sui and Ethereum addresses both start with 0x, but a Sui address has 64 hexadecimal characters after the prefix while an Ethereum address has 40. Take the address from a Sui wallet's receive screen, because a payout to a mismatched address cannot be reversed.
The exchange still lists the coin under its old ticker, TON, with the name Gram (ex Ton/TonCoin). Toncoin became Gram after a community vote on June 15, 2026. Nothing changed for your wallet: same network, same address, same balance.
SUI does not use a memo or tag, so the form only asks for your Sui address. The only memo you might meet in this swap is on the TON side, when the order page shows one for the deposit. In that case, include it in your Gram transfer.
You do not need any SUI to receive the payout, because the sending side pays the Sui gas and that cost is already deducted in the estimate. You will need a little SUI for gas later when you move or use the coins, and the payout itself covers that.
