TRC-20 USDT on TRON is in the coin selector, and it is the most used version. Choose it before you create the order and enter a TRON address that starts with T. You will need TRX at that address later to pay for moving the tokens.
Both are USDT issued by Tether, on different blockchains. ERC-20 USDT lives on Ethereum, uses 0x addresses and pays gas in ETH. TRC-20 USDT lives on TRON, uses addresses starting with T and pays fees in TRX. You cannot send one directly to an address on the other chain.
The XMR side is priced at a floating rate, so the dollar value of your Monero can change between the quote and the confirmed deposit. The estimate already subtracts the network fee for the payout chain you chose. Small differences either way are normal.
Partly. Sending XMR keeps your deposit's details hidden on the Monero chain. The USDT payout is a token transfer on a public ledger, whether Ethereum or TRON, so anyone can see the receiving address and the amount. Tether can also freeze addresses through its token contract.
Block confirmations decide it. Your XMR deposit has to confirm on Monero, which targets a block about every two minutes, and then the USDT payout is broadcast on the network you picked. Busy periods on either chain can add time, and the order page shows which stage you are in.
