Not directly. This listing pays out ERC-20 SLP on Ethereum mainnet, and Ronin is a different chain. To use the tokens in Axie Infinity you would have to move them to Ronin yourself afterwards, which happens outside xswap.to and costs Ethereum gas.
SLP is a token from the Axie Infinity game. Players earn it through gameplay and spend it inside the game, for example when breeding Axies. On this page it is the ERC-20 version on Ethereum, which you can hold or trade like any other token.
Receiving SLP does not require ether, because the payout gas comes out of the swapped amount. Any later SLP transfer, including a move to Ronin, is paid in ETH, so keep a small ETH balance in that wallet.
