Risk of Loss: Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. You acknowledge that the value of digital assets may fluctuate significantly.
Legality: You guarantee that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

4. Non-Custodial Nature

We do not hold your deposits; transactions are processed instantly on the blockchain via our partners.

The exchange rates presented on xswap.to are estimates provided by our third-party liquidity partners. The final exchange rate may differ slightly due to market volatility between the time the exchange is initiated and when the deposit is confirmed on the blockchain. Network fees (mining fees) are deducted from the final payout amount.
