Use a Shelley-era address beginning with addr1, which is what current Cardano wallets show on their receive screen. Older Byron addresses exist, but newer wallets do not generate them. No memo or tag field is needed for ADA on this pair.

Not always. The estimate is based on a floating rate and already has the Cardano payout fee taken out. If prices move before your BNB deposit confirms, the final ADA amount shifts slightly, up or down.
