Avoid it. Some BCH wallets still accept legacy addresses that look like Bitcoin ones, but the payout must go to an address controlled by a Bitcoin Cash wallet. Paste the CashAddr address from your BCH wallet so the two chains never get mixed up.
Modern BCH addresses use the CashAddr format, written with a bitcoincash: prefix, and many wallets drop the prefix so they start with q or p. Legacy BCH addresses start with 1 or 3, the same as old Bitcoin addresses, which is why copying from the right wallet matters.
Bitcoin Cash is a separate coin, created by a 2017 hard fork of Bitcoin. Anyone holding BTC at that moment received the same amount of BCH, but the chains have since developed independently with different block size limits and upgrades. Moving value from one to the other takes a swap or a trade.
The minimum appears in the widget once you pick the pair, and it changes with network fees and liquidity. Sending less than that minimum can leave the order unprocessed and in need of support, so check the figure right before you send. There is no single number that holds every day.
