A Bitcoin Cash address, ideally in CashAddr format, which begins with q, p or the bitcoincash: prefix. Some older wallets still show legacy addresses that start with 1 or 3 and look like Bitcoin addresses. CashAddr is safer, because it cannot be confused with a BTC address.
It depends on the format. A bc1 Bitcoin address is not valid on Bitcoin Cash and cannot receive BCH. A legacy address starting with 1 or 3 is valid on both chains, so the BCH would arrive but a BTC-only wallet would not show it, and recovery means importing that wallet's keys into a BCH wallet. Paste a CashAddr address to rule this out.
The default USDC here is an ERC-20 token, and every token transfer on Ethereum costs gas paid in ETH. The exchange does not cover that fee for you. If you would rather not pay Ethereum gas, deposit USDC from another listed network such as Polygon or Solana.
