No, receiving native ETH costs you nothing, since the payout gas is covered inside the estimate. Any fresh 0x address can receive it. You only pay gas later when you send that ETH somewhere else.
Only partly. Sending from a shielded Zcash address hides your source, but the ETH payout is an ordinary Ethereum transaction that shows up on Etherscan. Anyone who knows your Ethereum address can see the incoming transfer and the balance.
Any wallet or exchange that withdraws native ZEC on the Zcash mainnet will do, from either a transparent or a shielded address. Send the amount the order shows and leave room for your wallet's own fee. Do not send the BEP-20 Zcash token, which is a different asset.
