Not directly, because the payout lands on HyperEVM and the trading account balance lives on HyperCore. Both use the same kind of 0x address, but they are separate layers. After the HYPE arrives, transfer it from HyperEVM to HyperCore in the Hyperliquid interface if you want to trade with it.
