There is no account to open and no email to give. Same coin, new name: Toncoin became Gram (ticker GRAM) on June 15, 2026, following a community vote. The Open Network kept running unchanged, so existing balances and addresses still work. xswap.to still lists the coin under the TON ticker, which is why this page reads XLM to TON.
Use one whenever the order page shows it. Stellar deposit addresses are often shared by many orders, and the memo tells payments apart, so an XLM transfer without it can sit unmatched. Copy it character for character and pick the matching memo type, text or ID, in your wallet.
A standard address on The Open Network works, in the bounceable form starting with EQ or the non-bounceable form starting with UQ. The wallet inside Telegram and most standalone TON wallets show one of these. Do not paste an Ethereum or BNB Smart Chain address, since those hold token versions of Toncoin, not native Gram.
Because the rate floats, the payout tracks the market until your Stellar payment is confirmed and converted. The TON payout fee was already subtracted in the estimate, so that part is not the cause. A price move between creating the order and the confirmation can nudge the final number either way.

Normally you will not: the swap runs without ID, an account or an email. Occasionally a partner's automated anti-money-laundering system flags a transaction and pauses it until verification is provided. That is uncommon, but no service can honestly promise it will never happen.
