The TRX payout needs no memo or tag. Each TRON address belongs to one wallet, so the T address alone identifies you. The memo question only applies to the Stellar side, where the order page shows one for your XLM deposit if it is required.
A BEP-20 version of TRX is listed separately and can be picked in the coin selector. It uses a 0x address and lives on BNB Smart Chain, so it cannot be spent as native TRX on TRON. For paying TRON fees or holding TRX in a TRON wallet, keep the default network.
TRX pays for TRC-20 transfers, either by being burned for energy when your account has none or by being staked on TRON for energy and bandwidth. That staking is a TRON wallet feature, not an xswap.to service. The cost per transfer depends on network settings, so check your wallet's fee preview.
It depends on how quickly your Stellar deposit confirms and how fast the TRX payout is broadcast and included in a block. Both chains produce blocks within seconds, so the chains are rarely the slow part. Heavy market activity or an anti-money-laundering review can add time.
The estimate uses a floating rate. If XLM or TRX moved in price before your deposit confirmed, the payout reflects the market at exchange time. The TRON payout fee was already deducted in the estimate, so it does not explain a gap.
