Modern BCH wallets show CashAddr addresses that start with q, or with bitcoincash:q when the prefix is displayed. Legacy BCH addresses begin with 1 or 3 and look identical to Bitcoin ones, so copy the address from a wallet set to Bitcoin Cash.
